choices. You are all your own best guide and navigator for making any life decisions. Never underestimate your own ability to make the best decision in any given situation.  Life and energy is dynamic and flexible. In any moment there are multiple pathways to choose from. These choices are yours alone.  Tarot readings are designed to give you additional perspectives, what you do with these perspectives is your responsibility.

 

 Roots of Clay or any person conducting a reading under Roots of Clay are not responsible for any thoughts, feelings or actions you take as a result of readings.  You are fully responsible for everything you do before, during and after a reading.

 

 You must be at least 18 years old to buy a reading.

 

When you buy a reading you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

 

Privacy Policy:

 

Roots of Clay is legally required to state that any communication, information, or consultation provided is for entertainment purposes only.

 

Roots of Clay does not accept questions about health or fertility.

 

No tarot reading can substitute professional services, including but not limited to: medical, legal, financial, business, or psychological. Our tarot readings are not a substitute for any other professional advice for which we are not qualified. In such cases, we will recommend you seek help and guidance from a medical, legal, business, financial, therapeutic, or other professional.

 

Any statements about the future are not guaranteed outcomes. These statements are based on current events. The outcome can be influenced by your decisions and choices made by your free will from the moment the tarot reading is delivered to you.

 

Code of Ethics:

 

Tarot is a tool for guidance, clarity, and reflection. While we do receive messages from our Teams of Light during readings, your future is yours to make. We all have free will, and our choices and actions shape our course.

 

Roots of Clay's readings are non-judgmental, and we welcome clients of all cultures, religions, spiritual paths, abilities, and identities.

 

Roots of Clay aims to create a safe and supportive environment during readings and the same is expected in return.

 

Roots of Clay's greatest goal is to offer messages and insights that serve your highest and greatest good. If we are not the best reader for you, we will be happy to recommend other talented readers who may be a better fit.

 

Roots of Clay strives for transparency with all of our clients. You have the right to ask questions about how we are deciphering the current information during our allotted reading time. You have the right to ask for more clarification should something be unclear - in fact, we encourage it!

 

Roots of Clay's readers will interpret the cards to the best of their ability. They will conduct the reading with honesty and openness. If they cannot interpret the cards clearly, they will tell you that.

 

Readings are treated with the utmost discretion. Your confidentiality is honored at all times. Roots of Clay may use the photo of your cards for promotional purposes but will never mention your name or anything that would identify you as the client.

 

Our Teams of Light do not always want to reveal everything to us. Divine timing is at play. Roots of Clay can't (and has no interest in) forcing a message. They'll share what is meant to be shared at the time of your reading.

 

This reading is for YOU (or the person you're gifting one to). Roots of Clay will not do a reading to see what someone other than the client is doing or feeling, nor will they do a reading for anyone under 18 years old.

 

Roots of Clay reserves the right to refuse to do a reading for a question that they feel they cannot answer, or one that goes against this Code of Ethics.

 

Return Policy:

 

We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital services delivered via email or digital download & personal readings created specifically to you & your life, we do not offer any refunds.

 

Refunds will not be given under any circumstances for any readings or any other digital services offered through the website. When you buy any readings or digital service you are agreeing to this policy.
